„We booked two nights here and then read the reviews, some of which were pretty grim. That was not our experience. It suited our purposes, and we were happy with our stay. This is a golf club that has a few (9?) rooms, which it offers. As such, it is not a hotel so there isn’t a bevy of staff on hand 24/7 like a real hotel might have. Some gripes were: 1) The room wasn’t serviced overnight as the web site says it would be. 2) There was only one chair in the room. 3) Perhaps the room was a ...

„Mitten im Ort liegt das Blue Bell Hotel und wir genossen die Tapas auf Terrasse in der Sonne auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Wir schliefen sehr gut. Das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder.“

„Hotel sehr runtergekommen. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind aus dem vergangenen Jahrhundert. Betten schlecht, Sauberkeit insgesamt schwierig, alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter geben ihr bestes. Aber der Service ist dennoch eine Katastrophe, auf keinen Fall das Frühstück buchen, es war so schlecht, dass ich es wieder storniert habe. “

The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient for the train station, the town centre and Neath Castle. Always my first choice of hotel when I'm visiting Neath.“
