« 3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house. »

« The property and house were beautiful, however, it was advertised as four bedrooms. I assumed that all four bedrooms would be heated, but the one in the basement did not have heat. This would be an amazing summer rental, but the bedroom in the basement could not be utilized and people had to sleep on the couch upstairs where there was heat »

« We had a quick overnight stay at this new and very pretty suite. Everything was spotless and the owners were very accommodating. We hope to be back soon! »

« Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. »

« Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

« Property was excellent. Solid house in a great location. Just one full bath and a half bath but worked for us. Also a/c is only upstairs in family room but there are fans in all bedrooms. Again, no issue for us. Will be back. »

« Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

« Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull...

Un bel hôtel de passage

"Nous avons passé une nuit à cet hôtel Un peu étrange , de ce qu'on a vu il y avait seulement 3 chambres de louer mais c'était un dimanche Hôtel très bien situé en bordure d'autoroute pour être de passage Chambre propre mais la salle de bain ordinaire "

"we liked to be greated by a lovely girl speaking french fluently.The room is extremely comfortable and there is an excellent restaurant 2 minutes walk;The parking place is not right in front of the room,a little to walk. 10 minutes walk to the sea."
