„We enjoyed a quick overnight visit to Granbury and a family party. Our stay at the cottage was very comfortable. The antiques in the cottage were neat and it was very clean. The location is convenient to the historic square. We drove, but it can be walked if there is a big event downtown and parking is a challenge.“

„The property is as described but just wish we could have access to the open water if we wanted to rent a boat. We also want to disclose that if you are considering this home for the 4th of July or a day in which there could be fireworks, the neighbors were shooting fireworks until 3:30am. Overall a great house for a family rental.“

„Very, very nice property. The house is well decorated, very clean, and really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dock is superb and we were able to easily dock our boat in the slip. Even though the fish weren't biting all that well, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a few days of vacation.“

„We were happy to spend time at this beautiful lakefront property and the fact that we could bring our two dogs was a bonus as they had the best time exploring the property. We all really appreciated the kitchen amenities (which meant less lugging of supplies). The decor was very nice and the linens were especially nice. I/we highly recommend this Granbury gem!“

„My family loved this house that is right on the water. The location has easy access to the boat ramp, gas stations and grocery store. We stayed 5 days and had the lake to ourselves. We have stayed at many different houses on the lake, but this was by far our favorite and we will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks Again Wade!!“

„This property is so nice, and well taken care of. It will not disappoint. I know when looking at the property before booking I thought there is no way a 1 bathroom would work for us (7 people). „We stayed here with a group of friends over Labor Day Weekend. Enjoyed gold at Sugar Tree nearby, but spent the vast majority of the weekend down by the water taking full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area. It was a great spot to relax, catch up and grill, cook and hang for a weekend. The cabana area was great and convenient, from the kitchen to even having a TV. Great spot!“

„OUTSTANDING! Quaint and romantic getaway. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The views were beautiful. The barn was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Bed was comfortable. The private pool was great in the summer heat. The interaction and sounds of the the farm animals made the experience unique. Close enough to town in case you need anything. Loved every minute of our stay.“
