It was far enough away from other properties and nearby camps were quiet. Maria was quick to respond and was very accommodating. We stayed one night when we were passing through the area on our way back from our Christmas vacation. We would like to come back in the future when it’s warmer to enjoy the river!“

„Pros: The property was very nice and as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and move around freely. We spent a lot of time playing pool and cornhole. The heated concrete floors were a nice touch. The rooms were large as were the bathrooms. The decor was cool and made for great conversation. The kitchen was amazing with plenty of storage space. Con: The showers are RV showers and were a little tight if you are older or have a little size to you. This ...

„My family had so much fun staying at the cabin. We enjoyed a very nice Easter weekend. Perfect yard for an Easter Egg hunt for the little ones! Spent the days on the lake fishing and nights by the camp fire. The home had everything we needed. Cathy was very responsive and check in was very easy. Quiet area with plenty of woods, even the dogs really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!“

„Raccoon Retreat was the perfect place to host our yearly Memorial Day weekend trip. The house is located close to the marina for launching our boat and the bar and grill was within walking distance. The house came stocked with anything you'd need for comfort. We had a party of 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely be back!“
