„The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. „Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok. “

„Studio 1 has enough space for three people and you get all the necessary information you need before arriving at the house (Keys, how to get there, etc). It was very easy to get there from the train station and you can easily reach every Shakespeare-related sight by foot . The beds and the sleeping sofa are very comfortable as well. „Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt: Größe der Wohnung, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, praktische stilvolle Möblierung, gutes Bett. Der offene Kamin (Heizlüfter) sorgte an kühlen Abenden für Wärme. Herrlicher Garten! Waschmaschine und -trockner konnten wir nutzen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, danke Caroline und Paul! Lage: sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Stratford-upon-Avon und die Cotswold.“

„Beautiful property in beautiful grounds. Kitchen, bathroom and living room spacious. Bedrooms on the small side but functional. What I loved was hearing the outside clock chime the hours. Overall a lovely place to stay“

„Lovely clean and spacious apartment right in the middle of town. We thought it might be noisy but the street outside was silent by the evening. No parking on site but there was a cheap and safe long stay car park five or so minutes walk away. We'd stay here again!“

„This property exceeded our expectations. It was warm, well-equipped and definitely centrally located. Arriving to find a large fully decorated Christmas tree was a delightful surprise. Our host answered questions promptly and there was a helpful folder of advice. We will be returning to this absolute gem.“

„Unfortunately this property needs a good face list! From new carpets, paint on walls, new vinyl in kitchen and blinds throughout.There was no bins to leave refuge outside property.On a good note the bed linen and towels were immaculate and Equipment ie kettle, pans tv where I would say possibly new!Location great fr centre of town. Check in for me wasn’t good as they do not give codes until check in time on day of arrival and via apts or links which is no good when you only have a standard pay ...

„It was truly the perfect location and a great spot for our visit. However, the bed we stayed on in the smaller room continually sounded like it would break with every move. It made it hard for two average sized adults to get a good night sleep for fear of breaking the bed. Other than that - the place was perfect.“

"Das Zimmer sowie das Bad war sehr gut. Der Service sowie das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war naja. Pulverei, Saft gestreckt aus der Packung, und die Croissants waren bestimmt schon 1 Tag alt. Ich komme gerne wieder, aber nicht mehr mit Frühstück, das weiß nicht wert "

"Das. Hotel ist gut und empfehlenswert. Weniger gut war die Empfangsdame, die bei den Problemen rund um die Bezahlung des Parkplatzes (Kreditkartenzahlung am Automaten nicht möglich, nur Barzahlung mit 14 Münzen möglich). Nach 3 Versuchen Münzen im Hotel zu bekommen (Rezeption, Bar, Rezeption) schickte man mich zur Bank. Dort erhielt ich mit viel Zureden die Münzen. Hotel Empfangsdame uninteressiert, hilflos, inkompetent!!!! Alles andere im Hotel aber durchaus angenehm. Personal gut und dienstbereit. "
