« This place was perfect for our getaway. Right on the water, beautiful deck overlooking the water, so peaceful you can hear the waves. The location is perfect near everything you need, 20 minutes from Newport. The property itself is immaculate, clean, cozy and just a home away from home. Highly recommend and will be staying here again. »

« The property was extremely clean and quiet. My family and I arrived there for my husband who was graduating from Officer Training Command. The property is a very convenient 30 minutes away from base and was perfect for celebrating. We enjoyed all of the amenities, as well as games provided for enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this place for families in the future if you are looking for a celebration or a quiet getaway. I especially recommend it to future families watching their loved ones...

« The property was as described with a convenient central location. It was well laid out for a group. The kitchen was well-stocked. As it is right on the Main Street it was a little noisy in the morning but to be expected. The host was responsive and accommodating. My one critique is that the roof top deck needs a refresh-the deck paint and seat cushions are very worn. It was a lovely place to hang out. »

« This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay. »

We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either. »

« The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back. »
