„The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place ...

„Quando fizemos a reserva, vimos que o hotel era muito novo e bem avaliado, porém ainda com poucas avaliações por ter iniciado as operações há pouco tempo. Nos hospedamos e a experiência foi a melhor possível, o hotel é muito bonito, tudo novo em folha, com uma vista impressionante para o lago e uma localização excelente, com muita natureza ao redor e silêncio. Os funcionários muito educados e simpáticos. Gostaríamos de voltar. “

„El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. “

„Terrible news experience “

„We stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, the only downside food is not allowed in the room. However the hotel restaurant is pretty good. At check-in our room did not have any towels, we were told it was in the wash. A couple hours later we still didn’t have any towels so when my husband attempted to ask the front desk, there was no one there and he just helped himself to the pool towels that were sitting on their counter.
