„Sehr freundliches Personal mit hervorragender Lage in Montepulciano. Parkplätze, reserviert für Hotelgäste, bei einem unweit (ca. 200m) in einem öffentlichen Parkbereich verfügbar. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht vorhanden. Das Motto des Hotels „il Riccio“ (der Igel) wurde in vielen Details eingearbeitet, das trägt zu dem guten, sympathischen Gesamteindruck bei.“

„Camera un po' fredda e non particolarmente pulita. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura ma il numero non era raggiungibile. Per fortuna che poco dopo ha aperto il ristorante di proprietà della struttura. Colazione basilare, cornetto e caffè .“
