„The house is amaxing“

„During this season of gratitude we felt so lucky to stay at such a well appointed and lovely home. Unlike many rental homes that are stripped of personality, this home was full of charm and lovingly designed touches. From the cookware to the bedding the home was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and living room in particular were of good size for our entire group to eat and relax comfortably each with its own fireplace. “

„I don’t even know where to begin. The quality of the place was outstanding and the location was perfect quiet and a nature bliss. The house is clean, cozy, and charming. We lacked nothing. My uncle who is a retired said this was the best place and the best accommodations he has have received. I will be returning:)“

„We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road.“

„We loved our 3 night stay here at the farmhouse. Cozy, yet spacious with a beautiful view off he back deck. Mornings with coffee on the deck were so peaceful. We’d hear the occasional bleating of goats next door - quite the characters they are. My daughter and her friend absolutely loved the house from the second they walked in and insisted we come back next year. „House was perfect and embodied what you would want from an old farmhouse except it has been fully renovated so you get the best of both worlds. Host was very responsive. Anything you needed was in the house. Great stay…..already planning to stay again next year! “

„Mid-December weekend wedding in town. Close to everything we need in including venue (Riverledge Farm). Walking distance to Phelps Barn Pub and the Grafton Inn. When I say walking I mean only a small block away. Very nice and friendly town. Host was very responsive prior to, during and after are stay. “

„The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard!
