« I think this must be a great property in the summer. I do think it should either not be rented in the winter or more actively maintained for winter conditions. I will definitely recommend to anyone but personally won’t stay here again for what might seem a minor reason- no curtains closed completely and I felt Very vulnerable and was woken up so early. »

« Stayed at the cottage over Valentine’s weekend - we are so happy to have found this place!2 adults, 1 tween and a puppers fit perfectly. Plenty of room for us, luggage, ski equiptment etc.Top floor is one bedroom (king). Bed 10/10.They do have a cot and the downstairs couch is a pull-out. You could easily fit an air mattress on the floor in bedroom too. Full bath upstairs with 10/10 shower.Kitchen counter is small and has basic utensils (think efficiency apartment style) but worked just fine...

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

« The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store.
