„The hotel is located in upper floors of a shopping mall. I stayed for 4 nights and took the executive room which still had a very acceptable price (approx. 80 USD). The room was big, nicely furnished and despite the central location quiet at night. Breakfasts are OK, a mid-size buffet with everything you need. The staff is friendly but the service-orientation could be better. All in all I enjoyed the stay and can imagine that I would stay there again.“

„The physical geography of the property is not the same as on the advertisement.As a result the uber trip end ap being over 40 km and became grossly expensive.The Uber driver got lost and couldn’t find the place. Once we were there they demanded us to pay for using the kitchen table and stove. The staff wanted us to pay extra cash beside the booking fees paid online. „Set near the top of Lubowa hill, Royal Victoria is quiet and very relaxing with a plant filled compound. The staff made me feel at home with daily chats on my needs (meals, etc). It's good value for money for a relaxing break.“

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal ist Klasse. Beim Essen, a la Card und beim Frühstück besteht leider Handlungsbedarf. Cappuccino zum Frühstück finde ich nicht übertreiben und etwas Käse und Wurst würden das englische Frühstück bereichern!"

Close to the airport with breathtaking view

"Very nice hotel close to the airport. Service was outstanding friendly and perfect. Room was big and very clean with a breathtaking view over lake Victoria. Same view you got from the rooftop bar which offers a lot of food and drink options and is a very cozy place to stay. Airport transfer works without any problems. To some other pubs, restaurants or Victoria mall it’s just a short walk of 5 mins. Same to the beautiful Botanic Garden. The Zoo could be with a 5 minute drive. Thank you very much I will like to return."
