It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. „We loved our stay here! There were wild bunnies in the yard and fire flies at night so my kids loved it. There is also a shed full of every yard game and beach item you could want. Close to the beach and a great location to everything you may want to do on the Cape! Owners were so nice and extremely responsive.“

„Stayed just before Memorial weekend. Although we arrived in the rain, & the fog and chill didn't lift until we left on our 4th day, the apt felt light & airy. (Some written instructions re heat & AC would have been welcome.) Would have loved to use the 2 decks more than we did, but the air circulation with the deck doors open was perfect. Beds comfortable, tho what seemed to be the "main" bedroom had the smaller bed in it & the Q bed was squeezed into the smaller bedroom. Nice appointments, ...

„My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard ...

„I know that you can't control the mosquitos but they were so bad. Had none last year when we stayed and could not sit outside this year nor could we walk to the beach. Will say that clean up of the fruit that falls would be helpful as the bees were also terrible. We spent a few hours raking and that helped. Also the bathroom in the little house is filthy and moldy. Love the setting though, even with the bugs! Thanks you“

„We enjoyed our stay. The listing says sleeps 4 so absolutely zero privacy. I would stay again but just with my wife. Also, the kitchen was a bit grimy and could use a deep cleaning. The charm is a great view of the harbor with amazing sunsets.“
