First impressions were not good; some windows were cracked, there were dead cockroaches in cupboards, an ant infestation in the bathroom and living room, and dirt/ dust buildup in some areas. There is only air conditioning in the reception room so it was very hard to sleep on hot nights. Aside from this everything else in the house was in working order.
