I regretfully share my negative experience with Madecomfy, the property management host, to warn others. Our family vacation started with four-star potential, but their unprofessionalism—especially when the air conditioning failed two nights before checkout—ruined it. Despite prompt notifications, Madecomfy couldn’t arrange a repair within six days, defying the purpose of a management company. I later learned from a different website's reviews that this issue has plagued past guests. We endured two stifling, sleep-deprived nights while preparing for a long trip home.Other problems included a neglected exterior, subpar bedding (a duvet sandwiched between sheets), uncomfortable furniture (the only decent patio couch reeked of cat urine; another was moldy), maggot-filled trash near seating, a poorly equipped kitchen, cockroaches under bare foot in the middle of the night, and insufficient supplies. Madecomfy offered just A70 for our discomfort—I requested A350, as many would’ve fled to a hotel, though we stayed for the kids’ love of the cold pool. As of April 4, 2025, no refund has arrived, and I’ve given up chasing their vague, inconsistent responses.The ‘ocean view’ is a fleeting glimpse from the kitchen or a tiny crow’s nest platform, not a proper feature. Despite a clean interior and potential, preventable neglect and incompetence spoiled our stay. I hope this guides you to a better host.
