« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space is modern and minimal and still very comfortable. The bed/mattress was top notch and made for a very restful weekend. The hosts were very responsive and very clearly take an interest in making a pleasant place to stay. The casino where our concert was held is only a few minutes away. We will definitely be back here on our next weekend getaway to OK. »

« We wanted to enjoy a weekend in Carlton Landing and all it has to offer without overspending for a two-night lake getaway. This guest house was small, but just right for what we needed. There’s no oven/stove unit but they have an electric stove top appliance that allowed us to cook breakfast on. Short walk to the pool, food trucks, beach and other spots. The ladder was steep (as expected), but our 4 and 8 year old boys did okay with it. »

« Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained. Communication and check-in was easy and efficient. So, Overall, 5 stars and we recommend this cabin. It’s relatively quiet and separated, so it makes for a great inexpensive getaway but the neighborhood is not what you would expect for a “cabin country” location as there are permanent residents on each side. « The bnb was very nice and clean. I booked it only a week in advance due to an emergency visit to Durant. It was super easy to check into and communication with the owner was fast. I slept in the back bedroom….so the noise from the road was not an issue. No washer/dryer but it is great for those shorter stays. »
