„I liked it there, I had everything I needed in my room. The fridge and microwave were super handy, the staff was nice and very accommodating and it was clean. There was room service every day and some of the cleaning staff made my bed as nicely as I have only experienced in higher-priced hotels (thanks again for that!). „We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.“

„This is really a great location - easy to get to, across from a Sprouts, and just a lovely view/open windows. Really enjoyed the patio area also. Getting in was easy. Parking was a little tricky (street parking on small street), but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. The place was pretty bare, but we had mostly everything we needed. Lot of good things about the home - lot of room, beds,baths for large groups - well stocked kitchen - nice pool and living room Some feedback on what could be better - house is aging and can use upkeep - hot water took a long time to show up - toiletries were not provided (cheap shampoo pouches, bar soap) for this price point we expected good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - microwave was in adjoining room“

„The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting.
