« This is a beautiful property to spend a few days in and I recommend it to anyone visiting the region. You also get a lovely view of Mt Taranaki from the kitchen window (weather permitting) which is so lovely. As other reviews have said, this property is luxurious and one of the cleanest accomodations I have stayed in. Wendy is an attentive host but allows space and privacy to enjoy your stay. We plan to come back again :) »

« Accueil chaleureux, site superbe, calme, construction rustique originale. Pour 3 nuits passée, je me suis souvenue de mes rêves de chaque nuit, ce qui est rare. Ce qui me semble t'il, est gage d'un habitat sain. ( pollution électromagnétique faible) Par contre un appareil pour les quelques sandflies (raquette ou autre), ou moustiquaire à une fenêtre au moins aurait été appréciée. »

« For the price paid we were very surprised at how dated and tired the property is. As the description honestly says it is an old style bach but the smell of mold when you walk in and the standard of bathroom, walls and kitchen is not what you'd expect. The exterior is also tired and dated. The double bed is small and the mattress is old but the bed linen is nice. The accommodation guide that was left out references a tv and dishwasher but there is none. There was plenty of plates and glasses etc....
