„The property is basically a garden shed with basic amenities. There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! On the first night I complained about the smell in the flat which didn’t really get sorted and the next morning we had our first showers in the room.
