Hotel St. Helena

« A non-chain family run location, we took a flyer and discovered this little gem. Price point is great. As travelling snowbirds this location was convenient to our route. Check in was quick and easy. Sam was pleasant and helpful. You can tell they work hard and are slowly upgrading this facility. It’s in a great area ie. sports venues. This really is a decent place to stay. Our room was clean, bright and welcoming. The bed was really comfy and we had a perfect night’s sleep. Wifi was great...

« Staff was great! So helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was so nice and complimentary welcome happy hour was a a nice surprise. I would stay again! Oh, and beds and pillows were really comfortable. »

« The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; however, the gal working the dining area was phenomenal! She was better and more attentive than most waitresses working for a tip! I wish I caught her name, but WOW She was such a delight! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the pillows are very flat. I would absolutely stay here again though. »

« Hôtel tout neuf ... L acceuil était très professionnel : la dame était très serviable et nous a même donné la chambre avant l heure . Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables .. l hôtel est très calme et le petit déjeuner enormissime . Je vous le recommande vivement . »

« There was NO staff! I literally pulled my envelope from the wall with my last name on it. Went to turn in my key and the same thing. Just a drop box. Then they wanted me to pay for car parking. Which was just another envelope process outside. It was easy and efficient just wanted to clarify there is no staff! Surprisingly large cabins. Very spacious and nice and clean! Loved the view and hope to stay again soon! »
