« My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. « Host is very fast in responding to your texts. We arrived early and texted if we would be able to at least park in the parking spot. He said absolutely. After we parked and headed to St. George Street for lunch he texted and said that we were able to also get into our unit! That was much appreciated. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Loved being able to walk everywhere. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property. »

The only thing wrong was the flooring was coming up by the couch, and caught my foot. Everything else was great and would recommend. »
