« This well appointed property is updated with modern finishes. It was very clean and had very comfortable beds/bedding! The location was perfect for skiing BC. The hotel restaurant was delicious-if you do not want to leave the property. We used the hotel gym as well as the courtesy shuttle to BC Village, all very convenient.Thank you so much for letting us stay! »

« The property is a lower level so when people above, you are getting ready at seven in the morning, you’re gonna hear every boot. It looks like when they did the remodel they removed the radiant heat and went with wall units, which are extremely underpowered. Overall, that is a nice property great location. »

Location: excellent, perfect to walk to dining and shops. If you want to splurge, set up concierge service at slopeside. They have lockers and keep your things right at base on centennial lift.Room: beds were excellent with great linens. Room needs hooks and shelving to hang your gear. Bathroom has been updated, but...

They prepped us with a great document on location/how to check-in/restaurants in the area/etc. When we had any question while on property they were only a text away. « The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick. »
