« We were in LC for ice climbing. This place was perfect for our group. Close to the climbs (kind of hard not to be in LC lol), enough room for our gear and stocked kitchen with pots and dishes... Would stay here again!Jim was also nice enough to meet us out front around 9pm to make sure we got into OK and settled. Super friendly. »

« It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem...

« Even though the proprty is a bit older, it was clean, and sooo comfortable. If we needed anything, one phone call and my questions were answered. We had 5 adults and the 1 bathroom, and there were no issues. I suggest anyone looking to do anything in Lake City- jeeping Alpine Loop, side by sides, don't overlook Silver Street. « The place was great. The host went above and beyond even to the point he met me as I got out of my vehicle and gave me the run down of the rental. I really appreciated the almost family like warmth I got from Jim and can’t say enough about the friendly people I met in the town on my short stay. « The studio apartment was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was a bit crowded as the studio is over the garage and entry is off the alley. That said it was relatively quiet and close to stores. A few suggestions: dish towels and/ or paper towels were not provided. Dishes couldn’t go in microwave which impacted some of my meal prep. No hand soap in kitchen although there was dish soap.
