„We enjoyed the lovely view of the lake and our wonderful, brisk walks in the neighborhood. The spacious and well-appointed lake home was perfect of our family with young adult children. We loved this beautiful, comfortable and entertaining home on the lake and hope to return.“

„The home was spacious and provided recreation for kids with hot tub, gym, ping pong, foosball, and game. However, property was advertised as 9 bedrooms and 7 baths. My family looked forward to spreading out but 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were locked. Text host to see if he would open them but he declined. That was disappointing.“

„We had 8 people staying in the house. We were in town for a wedding. The house was well fitted for us. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Appliances all worked well. Nice walk to the sound. Neighborhood was kind of iffy but we had no problems. “

All the amenities you could ask for, and more. Terrific convenient location. Host goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. “

„If you pictured this property minutes from the historic district of Newtown it’s exactly that. The space brings to life the feeling of the rustic yet comfortable aspect of Connecticut. My adult son and teenage daughter were comfortable but thoroughly enjoyed the living room fireplace. This location is 10 minutes away from restaurants that will please most families with a mix of family to high end with a side of fancy. “

„great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area. Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries. Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem. Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner.“

„Very cozy, spectacular views and very accomodating hosts. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home and very near major grocery stores for food shopping“

„The place was plenty big and had so many rooms so all of the atjletes on Team B*REAL had their own space. We loved the huge island in the kitchen and open space to hang out together.“

„everything was ok. A little bummed the pool was not heated and the pool room was a ice box, we choose this for fact it included food. the drawers kept opening themselves lol kinda creepy. Tub coupd use updating as everything else was uodsted and the toilet was crooked oo lol breakfast was yum!“

"Saubere einfache Zimmer, Ruhige Lage, Fairer Preis für die Region, Frühstück auch ok. Wir hatten unseren Rucksack im Zimmer vergessen. Obwohl die Reinigung des Zimmers begonnen hatte und das Reinigungspersonal bemerkt hatte, dass wir den Rucksack vergessen hatten, wurden wir nicht informiert. Uns ist es Gott sei Dank ca. 15 Minuten nach Verlassen des Hotels selbst aufgefallen. Schade, dass hier der Kundenservice sehr enttäuschend war."
