Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. Everyone on the Aquatika Grounds was nice ( fresh coconuts) the area is poor and not walkable you need a car. But there’s plenty to do on the grounds. Overall the penthouse and the property ...

But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. “

„We had a lovely experience this past week. We went to Puerto Rico for a wedding and found the most beautiful place in Humacao. The hosts, my security, all personnel Were wonderful. The furniture, beds, view, everything was absolutely exquisite.“

„When with family. The kids had a blast at the pool. Very close to the cinemas, restaurants and groceries. Very quiet and secured.“

„Beautiful scenery. Very spacious. The one thing I would suggest is having a small refrigerator downstairs and maybe consider connecting those downstairs rooms to the upper part of the house. We had some of oir family in the 2 rooms downstairs and they had to walk out of the main house to get to thosth“

There were however some limitations in terms of access to some of the community areas which we were not made aware of and this was surprising. It did affect our expectations of access to close parking to the beach and community pool areas. These areas are not accessible to guests unless escorted by the property owner. "Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. Denn anders als auf Expedia beschrieben (entweder 25$ Endreinigungsgebühr oder selber sauber machen) beharrt die Dame auf die 25$ und zwar in bar - tolles steuerfreies Zusatzeinkommen, oder warum sonst ist diese Endreinigungsgebühr nicht im Gesamtpreis enthalten?"
