Que ce soit pour un week-end ou un voyage d'affaires prévu, vous apprécierez votre séjour dans ce duplex / maison confortable côte à côte. Charmante maison rénovée de 1924 entièrement équipée avec tout le confort moderne tout en conservant tout son caractère d'origine.
La maison a des planchers de bois franc récemment rénovés, des plafonds de 9 pieds, des moulures couronnées, un foyer à bois, la chaleur rayonnante, des volets en bois, un grand placard et beaucoup de fenêtres.
Les nouvelles mises à jour incluent des appareils et des comptoirs neufs dans la cuisine, le métro et les carreaux hexagonaux dans la salle de bain.
Décoré professionnellement pour être chaleureux et accueillant. Les meubles vintage de Thomasville, le canapé en duvet du Seattle Design Center, de nombreuses œuvres d'art encadrées ajoutent tous au charme de la maison.

Visit to the Seattle Opera
Very clean property. Well stocked with paper goods, laundry and dish soap, shampoo, etc. A short (but hilly) walk to a very nice grocery market. We made breakfast each morning in the well stocked kitchen. The off street parking is a great feature. We walked to a local Thai restaurant and felt very safe. We were in ties to enjoy a Seattle opera performance. This location was very close to the opera, ballet, armory and space needle. We will try to stay here each time we visit Seattle.

Property is great for 2 couples or a small family.Driveway is a bit steep and tough if you have a long vehicle like a transit van. Parking around the area is tough to find. Walking to dinner or getting groceries is close. Walking distance to the hockey stadium.

A Fantastic Gem!

Beautiful! Even better than the pictures
This is a beautiful, extremely comfortable home in an excellent location. Every room was tastefully decorated and clean with privacy and good sound-proofing. The views were of a lovely street and a very pretty garden. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The location is walkable to restaurants, parks, the Space Needle. It was a truly outstanding experience. I hope we have the chance to stay there again. Thank you Ben!

Wonderful home and a perfect locations
We truly enjoyed this home. One of my high school friends and I decided to visit Seattle. We were excited when we found the two-bedroom house in the Queen Anne area. Although we were unfamiliar with the area, there was so much within walking distance. I recommend a good pair of walking shoes, as it's very hilly, and we certainly got an excellent workout. The home was impeccably clean, the beds were comfy, and the sheets were soft. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, spices, and appliances. I'd highly recommend this home. Thank you to our host, as he was super accommodating, and we could not ask for a better stay in Seattle.

Beautiful apartment, central location
We were blown away by this place! We rented it for family coming in from out of town for our wedding, and the pictures on the site don't do this sweet gem justice. It's a lovely apartment in close proximity to parks, city walks, good food and desirable locations. The second bedroom with the Murphy bed in it was perfect for work space if you need to spread out. Brian was responsive to any questions I had, and very helpful. My sister in law said they've bookmarked this home, cause they already want to come back.

Perfect location, lovely accommodations
My mom and I visited Seattle to celebrate my 40th. We were looking for someplace that was walking distance from downtown. This place was PERFECT all around. The location was amazing. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He gave a great recommendation of a dinner planner went the first night. The house was comfortable and clean. Very cute area that felt very safe. I’ll be back in the future and hope this place is available again!! 5 stars, this is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!! I highly recommend!!

This stay was perfect for my young family. The central location made it easy to access restaurants and grocery stores while attractions weren’t hard to reach either including a 10min drive to the zoo, a short walk to Seattle centre and then the quick monorail to down town! Perfect Queen Anne Stay
An absolutely lovely property with lots of space and ameneties. The dedicated off-street parking spot was especially valuable in Queen Anne where finding parking on the street can be a bit tricky at times. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a homey feeling central to many of Queen Anne and Seattle's best features.

Coming Home
This was our first time returning to Seattle since before the pandemic. We waited until our schedules, airline tickets, and availability for Ben's beautiful duplex all aligned. It was worth the wait! Stepping through the front door was like coming home. This beautifully appointed house has all the comforts you need for a truly restful holiday. It offers a quiet oasis from the world while being a short walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Some of our walkable neighborhood favorites include Caffe Ladro, 5 Spot, Betty, Via Tribunali, Molly Moon's, Top Pot, Bounty Kitchen, and How to Cook a Wolf. For going further afield with a car, the house is an easy rideshare pick-up location and comes with an off-street parking space. Ben is the quintessential host, balancing effective communication with privacy, making check-in and check-out a breeze, offering great recommendations, and providing accommodations that set a high bar for all other vacation rentals. We were only sorry to leave and look forward to returning to Seattle again soon. Thank you for the hospitality, Ben!

Weekend Getaway
The property was conveniently located near all major landmarks and tourist attractions. We easily walked everywhere as needed, but also had no problem grabbing Lyfts, Lime Scooters, taxis, and catching the rail system. The house was comfortable and the host had every amenity available with easy to follow instructions. I loved the check-in/check-out process. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the next year when we bring our younger son out for a visit!

Comfortable, well-equipped house with excellent location
Everything about this house worked perfectly for the three of us. The living/dining area is inviting and relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great for tall people, and the kitchen is stellar. We were able to easily cook a nice dinner and only had to get the basic ingredients. The house's close proximity to the Seattle Center is a plus, and it's near a couple of grocery stores. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Seattle.

Lovely Vintage Apartment in Queen Anne Area
We like to stay in well-equipped vintage apartments when we travel. Ben's place is a great example of this - - charming decor, woodwork, and furnishings with all the modern features you need (comfortable beds, full kitchen, modern bathroom and all the electronics for your teenager). And it comes with a dedicated off-street parking space, a comprehensive guide about the place, including a list of nearby restaurants & activities! We met Ben when we arrived - he helped us with our luggage, gave us a few pointers on the neighborhood, and all his contact info in case we needed anything during our stay (we didn't). Overall, this is the best 2-bedroom place we've stayed in for I don't know how long.
