We loved the convenient location to downtown Savannah and the airport. Our host checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Parking in Savannah is hard to find so staying here eliminated that problem.

We stayed from Friday to Monday. This was a perfect apartment for two adult couples. The split floor plan with a bed and bath on each side made for a perfect fit for us. The amenities of the apartment facility were outstanding as well. Thank you!

Our 12-day VRBO Stay in Savannah
We rented Matthew's 2-BR/2-BA apartment for 12-days in Jan 2025. Our communication with him before, during, and after our stay was absolutely the best we've ever experienced on VRBO. He's committed to making your stay a great one and responds promptly to any questions, usually within a few minutes.The 1st floor apartment is spacious, well-outfitted and clean. We selected this VRBO rental based on the great price, previous reviews, and it's location to downtown Savannah (about 5-6 miles). There were a few improvements to the apartment other reviewers have identified, and once Matthew makes these, his VRBO listing will be booked solid for sure!We would definitely stay at Matthew's VRBO apartment again!

Our stay was nice. The issues we had with minor maintenance was taken care of right away. Communication with Matthew was very simple and gave us a sense of comfort. The beds were not very comfortable, but the place was very clean, the master bathroom was very spacious, and it was in a good area. It was very quiet and the pool area was relaxing. Although, the pool was not heated, so we couldn't swim and enjoy it. There is a giant Jenga to play outside, pool table indoors, ping pong, and a fitness center. Overall, we had a great stay!

The apartment complex is very nice. The apartment was as depicted. Matthew is a great host and very responsive and communicative. There were some issues beyond his control with the complex but he was helpful in explaining them and offering solutions. The location is just outside of downtown Savannah (about a 8-10 minute easy drive). For my purposes that was great. That said, there's not much that's walkable in the surrounding area if you're interested in that. Also, the kitchen could use a few more supplies for those who will be cooking some meals at the apartment (measuring utensils, sponges, etc) All in all it was an excellent place to stay that met my needs.

We stayed at this property while visiting Savannah. The Condo was clean and just the right size for my sister, granddaughter and I. The city was perfect and it was nice to be on the outskirts to rest in the evenings. The host communicated with us throughout our stay and we had all information we needed. We would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was great. Check in was a little disappointing as the cleaning people were still there. I think there was miscommunication somewhere along the way. But the property owner was great, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The pool area was really nice.

Exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable place to stay for three weeks while traveling for work. Very quiet and has everything you need. Kitchen supplies are good for cooking the basic meals. Beds are firm. Access to pool and well equipped gym. Host is very responsive. I had an A/C issue and it was repaired same day. Only issue is master bedroom carpet is stained. I informed host and I’m sure this would be taken care of as soon as possible. I would recommend this unit and plan on coming back in the future if it is available.

Really enjoyed first trip to Savannah and this location for lodging was a big part of it. Very accessible to and from airport/downtown areas. Property itself was very clean and the community center with fitness area and pool area were awesome. Hope to get back to Savannah in future and if so would be very open to booking this location again.
