„We are local and often book a room at the Water Tower to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tubs. The restaurant and bar are always a bonus. This time, we were excited to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs but were surprised to find that it was out of order, so was the sauna and the indoor hot tub. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking - there should be a notice added to the listing until these amenities are fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. „The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel.
