„The property itself was great. The location in terms of how close it was to tourist spots was excellent. My only complaint, and it can't be helped, is that there were at least 7 stray dogs that would occasionally hang out in the front yard. Not sure if they were friendly or escaped neighbors dogs, but that made us a little nervous. “

„Visiting Magnolia was one of my best friend's dream. I live in Houston and she is currently living in Thailand. Our other friend lices in Wisconsin. „We loved staying at one the Fixer Upper houses. Everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was a little disappointing but we all felt safe. The backyard was nice for our youngster, but some overused toys and other items could be removed. Fresh paint is needed on the front porch and back door.“

„We were in town celebrating my Mother in law's 70th birthday. This house was very convenient for visiting Magnolia and all that Waco has to offer. It was fun to stay in a fixer upper house, we ended up watching the episode of this house while staying there one night. The owner has worked hard to make the interior resemble the finished product of the show. The only "surprise" was that the bathrooms were not as updated as I was anticipating, but they were clean and functional.“
