„Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen. Es ist ruhig. Man genießt einen traumhaften Garten und fühlt sich im Paradies. Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich, sie geben wertvolle Hinweise zum Erkunden der Gegend und zu Restaurants; wir haben sie ins Herz geschlossen. Im Haus fehlt es an Nichts. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es wieder nutzen. Wir können uns keine bessere Unterkunft für uns im Großraum San Francisco vorstellen.“

„The cottage was nicely appointed, very private, comfortable, cozy and is dog friendly.It is also centrally located to a number of different beaches (including a dog beach) and wonderful restaurants. The owners have thought of everything, including an enclosed backyard, dog towels and a dog bed.Owners were also very friendly and welcoming!Loved it!“

„Cute little place! 30 minutes from San Francisco Pier 39 area. We easily got an Uber for travel. Nice neighborhood with a market within a 15. walk. Definitely enjoyed the stay here! Note: the bathroom door knob needs updated. If you shut the door all the way. You get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. “

„This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.“

„Gemütliches Gästehäuschen, in das man sich sofort verliebt. Alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünscht. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt unter den Redwoods, ab und zu schaute ein Kolibri vorbei. Abends Barbecue. Super nette und absolut hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen absolut gerne wieder!!“

„Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year.“

„This little apartment is fine. It’s very small and there’s probably 100 stairs to get to the front door I can’t imagine ever having to bring groceries. The finishes are nice and one of the bedrooms is a good size. The second bedroom is tiny and feels like it was probably a converted closet. It’s really a one bedroom apartment with a small little closet with a bed. You asked me several times to write a review so here it is.“

„Süsses Cottage in ruhiger Gegend. Sehr angenehm. Kleiner Garten um auch mal draussen zu sitzen. Freundliche und hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Es wäre aber hilfreich, wenn in der Anzeige erwähnt wird, das das Bad nur über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Schön wäre auch wenn es einige Informationen in papierform über Bus und Bahnverbindungen gebe und über Bezahlsystem hierfür. Ansonsten wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
