„The place is in a great area that is close to everything. The property is much smaller than you think and needs a couple of amenities that would make things more comfortable like fixing a wobbly toilet or providing more toliet paper and cleaning supplies. Beyond that we like how San Juan was accessible to us and the parking was right in front. There was a crazy party that happened with another guest but that wasn’t the owner’s fault.“

„We had a wonderful week at this property with 6 adults and 2 kids. It was a great location to get to old San Juan and over to Fajardo and el Yunque. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The family loved the outdoor space and the pool. “

„The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. „House was wonderful!!“

„The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! “
