„The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do with kids of all ages. The water park and Palamino island are great days. The service was pretty poor. Our room was clean when we got there but it was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. We found glasses and mugs that were dirty in the sink were just put back in the cabinet without being cleaned. It was very busy during Presidents week so there were waits for most things. „The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though.“

„This was an excellent property for a short family vacation. Beach was very convenient, just a short walk and it was easy to obtain the umbrellas and beach launchers. The breakfast varied every day..
