I was surprised that this place had such high ratings. I did not enjoy the accommodations or neighborhood. I did not find it walkable to the beach.

We spent 3 delightful nights here. This is a good place to experience a local neighborhood and get away from the touristy areas. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance, including a nice grocery store. The wi-fi connection is excellent (it’s not so good in the big hotels!), the neighbors congenial, and for being in a busy area, it is pretty quiet. Our little apartment was very clean, and I was thrilled, there were bo bugs. Sitting outside in the evening was very pleasant. Airport pickup was easy and right on time. Virginia is an excellent driver and she knows all the good places to dine, shop and hang out. It is a small family business, everyone pitches in to help, even the children who assisted us with our luggage when we arrived.

The owner was so nice !! Her son helped us carry our luggage out and she even pointed us to the beach that we were able to walk and let us borrow some beach supplies ! She also saved a parking spot for us! Great spot beach is 4 minute walk everyone around the area walks and a lot of food places and shopping center by! Will definetly book again!!

Great place for family. We've rented a first floor large unit. Parked our rental car in front of the house and took a bus to Old San Juan. The owner reserved the parking spot for us when we had to drive to west side beaches. We could use washer and dryer. Walking distance to everywhere. Most importantly, it was reasonably priced.

The host for the place is very kind and warm. She gave us a ride to old San Huan on Sunday when there is not much of buses around and gave us a ride to airport. The owners were nice and accessible. Questions were answered promptly. The apartment is a great use of space. 2 small bedrooms. Perfect for a family. Kitchen was nice. We cooked a lot. Just some small changes would be good. Ice cube trays and little amenities like shampoo,etc... the apartment has stairs, 21, up. Not the best for anyone with any difficulty getting up and down stairs. It is 3 easy blocks to a bus stop. Restaurants and markets are within walking distance. The beach is about 6 blocks. All walkable, but consider the heat and what you are used to. Uber was easy to use and usually under $5. Take the bus into old San Juan and other locations. Really, easy to get around and call an Uber to get home. We had my 80 yo mother with us and we would walk or bus there and Uber back. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We would go back. Highly recommend as long as you can handle the stairs.

The home itself was clean and nice. They provided clean towels and sheets. Very spacey. Had a full size kitchen and 2 bathrooms. That was a plus. We were 7 total. We had the apartment on the second floor. Whoever was on the first floor partied till 11:30 pm and constantly smoking marijuana throughout the morning, day and night. We traveled with small children which had to be kept in the bedroom with the doors closed. I was not very happy and neither were they. We only stayed 1 night.

Will book this place for our next PR trip. A beautiful home with a beautiful kitchen, cold bedroom from AC, and located minutes away from great beaches and food. Virginia was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure.

had the basics what is needed - several deficiencies: AC insufficient for facility - barely cools (one small AC unit for two rooms); communication with Mgr very late and unclear; parking questionable, not available first night and had to park on dark street a block away. Mgr responded way too late to this issue…..a bottle of water would have been nice….just not equal to Expedia rating.
