„We had a wonderful time at this property. House and groundswere beautiful and well kept. Loved hearing the howler monkeys in the morning, and our kids enjoyed the pool. Was very private and felt safe. Enjoyed being away from the noise in Sámara. A couple small upgrades would be nice in the kitchen, the coffee maker took a very long time to brew probably needs to be replaced and there are two blenders but neither work. Other than that kitchen was functional. Would stay here again.“

„A Spanish villa nestled 30 min north of Nosara in a gated community ideal for a quiet or peaceful retreat away from the tourists of Nosara especially during high season. Car highly recommended to else a local driver may be referred but cash only and for a hefty price. Views are amazing around here and 10-30 minutes away from a super market or civilization. Will definitely stay again.“

„Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Villa in der 1 Etage. Von dort hat man einen Blick über 2 Buchten, tolle Strände, wirklich schön. Ebenfalls ist ein Pool vorhanden, der nur für die Gäste ist. Larry und Sherry sind sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns 2 mal zu einem Drink eingeladen. Ansonsten hat man das Gefühl allein zu sein. In Sámara ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen“

The house was amazing — perfect for a group of friends as it features a central shared kitchen and living room which is surrounded by 3 private bedroom villas — all leading out to the pool. The villas were quiet, clean, with great AC making for a comfortable stay. „I feel this property is misleading. First, there is no beach, not for miles. I couldn't see the ocean but it was cloudy. My idea of a resort is not this. Maps don't bring you here easily. Its minimally maintained gravel roads that cross creeks and ruts and need 4wd to get up the hills. You are 20 minutes from a paved road out in the middle of nowhere. „We had a great stay with our family! The views are beautiful and the house had everything we needed for our first visit to Costa Rica! It does take a bit to get to town for food/beaches, but once the weather cleared and we got used to the roads we enjoyed our stay! The house managers were quick to respond with any questions and Dani our house concierge was very helpful in setting up tours, groceries, rental car, and transportation to and from the airport! „Incredibly relaxing, beautiful views, clean & awesome pool. VERY responsive & helpful concierge service provided by Blue Sands. They met us at the house, explained the alarm system & went over the property. Be sure to rent a 4X4 in the rainy season - it’s a must in order to navigate some roads. We legit had to cross a river bc we chose the quickest route by google maps but a bridge was out! There is a grocery store about 5 min drive. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic pots/pans/coffee maker. ...

„So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. Carlos is a wonderful man who seems to be the manager. Very sweet, and you can tell he maintains the grounds and pool.
