Historische Hotels Salcete

„Room was filthy and there were ants and roaches all over. Manager said that is normal for a budget hotel. We tried different rooms but they all had the same problem. We had to move out with little help from them except for one staff member. Want refund. “

„I confirmed my stay via expedia. On my arrival the guy at the reception says they don't accept bookings via expedia. I booked an ac room for 1day at 1300rs. He was offering me a non ac for 1300rs which was their standard room rates.. I asked him to show me the room b4 I book it. The room was untidy and small and uncomfortable. And not worth 500rs either. I dint no continue my booking there. hence, chose to stay at another hotel.“

„Terrible experience, this hotel room doesn’t even worth Rs 500 per night. Bed sheets and towels are almost turned black and they still insist to use those. Food is okay waste ( we had food outside even though it was part of the hotel booking). Overall DO NOT BOOK this hotel , instead select to stay at Bus stand.“

„I had problems with my visa to enter India (be careful, visa on arrival is misleading, it should be "visa on arrival with pre-approval", i.e. it takes about 3 days to get a visa online from the Indian authorities). Anyway, I called the hotel and they postponed my dates of stay to the beginning of March. When I arrived in March they said they had no rooms available. The personnal was very unfriendly and the advance communication with them was very difficult. They also said they had not ...

„Das Bettlaken war schmutzig und es war eine Kakerlake im Bad. Der Ventilator klapperte ziemlich laut die ganze Nacht. Die zwei Jungen am Service wären nett, die Vermieterin nicht anwesend.“

„Wir waren in dem Hotel "leider" nur 3 Nächte. Ich werde es weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten ein App. mit 2 Schlafzimmer, Balkon, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer, die Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es war sauber, Frühstück auch ok. In der nähe leider eine Baustelle aber uns hat es nicht gestört.“
