„I liked the location on the creek and having a kitchen in the cabin“

„Narrissa, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean, big and comfortable. We loved the pool, which we had to ourselves. There was also a jacuzzi, which was turned on for us whenever we wanted. There was a bakery about a 5 minute walk away and you could walk to town of Roseau and botanical gardens in 10-15 minutes. There was private, free parking on the property. Very good value for money.“

„House was perfect for our needs. House is within a 20 min walk to city center and still have easy access to transportation. Pictures don’t do it justice; it’s much nicer. The back terrace is perfect to catch the ocean breeze in the morning or evening.“

„La maison de Velda est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. La vue d'une des chambres et de la terrasse est magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer et que dire du coucher de soleil!Les habitants du village sont très sympathiques. Il y a de petits magasins qui peuvent rendre service.Velda et son mari sont très gentils, leur accueil a été cordial et leur suggestion de restaurant était judicieuse. „Great location. Fabulous views. Fantastic little community of Paix Bouche. We are birders/photographers so the description in the property description of seeing the endemic Sisserou parrots up close and personal sold me. Although according to bird expert Dr. Birdy these are at Syndicate. But we did see up to 10 red-necked Amazon's in the Mango on property!! This was fantastic. The wildlife and Bird Life plants trees scenery was incredible.However the add was inaccurate. The pictures were old as ...

„Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux. ...

„The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far.“

„La location nous a fortement étonné, nous nous attendions (selon la description faite dans l'annonce) à un logement proche de la mer. Or il faut prendre un chemin très hasardeux, rempli de trous divers et en terre, qui nous emmène dans la montagne. Le chauffeur de taxi était furieux. Le logement en lui-même n'était pas vraiment propre, gras sur les plans de travail, les lits qui grinçaient, beaucoup de bruits avec la climatisation, fenêtres qui ne s'ouvraient pas pour aérer d'où une odeur de ...

Einfaches Hotel, Ruhe und ganz tolles Personal

"Die Zimmer im Hotel sind einfach, wer Luxus braucht, wird das hier nicht finden. Ich brauchte den Luxus nicht, ich wollte mich entspannen und habe es wirklich genossen. Der Pool ist großartig, es ist wahnsinnig ruhig in der Anlage, sogar die Straßenbauarbeiten derzeit waren erträglich. Die deutsch-schweizerische Hotel —Leitung ist großartig, extrem hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Man versucht dem Gast immer zu 100 % alles zu geben. Ich war in 95 Ländern, in bestimmt 300 Hotels, die Leitung des Hotels war ganz herausragend! "

"Very warm welcome at this family run business surrounded by plush jungle with free roaming roosters, cats, hummingbirds... and the little family dog. Basic but very clean rooms with a nice view at the valley of Wotten Waven. Neighborhood might bother some people considering noise but it's the carribean, so it's lively and you should bear that in mind. You can easily walk from the hotel to the famous natural hot sulphur pools (next one about 3 mins) and to the Trafalgar Falls (30 mins, hilly). Absolute highlight is the creolean food that is prepared upon wish for lunch and dinner: Amazing tastes! Plus: They offer shuttle service from the sea port of Roseau (25 € one way). I will be back for sure!"
