„L'hôtel et neuve et il reste beaucoup de retouche à faire dans les chambres,le personnelle ne parle pas l'anglais ,ne son pas former pour l'emploi qu'il ont à faire de la réception au ménage.Je ne comprend pas que expédia es acepté cette hotel.Le gérant de l'hôtel parle anglai.“

„Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance.“

„For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). „Wir waren im Dezember hier. Im Hotelzimmer war es sehr kalt, da auch keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Aufgrund der Bauart und des Klimas kam es im Bad und auch im Zimmer zu Schimmelbildung. Für die Baustelle direkt nebenan kann das Hotel nichts, in ganz Sapa wird gebaut. Frühstück war okay. Wir würden das Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.“

„For traveller who looking for halal food in vietnam this is the right hotel to stay..location is good not far from Cat-Cat Village as well as to shopping area. The room big and very comfortable..with 2 queen size bed..can fix around 5-6 people. Breakfast not much choice. “
