Kein Danke, kein Blickkontakt kein Nachfragen nach Wünschen (Getränke, Nachspeise oder nach dem Essen vorbei kommen bzgl. „The hotel is very well located, very close to the beach, and the rooms conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is good. In this sense, the only negative issue is that they don't have an elevator. But the noise at night is unbearable, due to the own party room attached to the hotel and the closer mega discotheques that are, the whole night, with music at very high volume (they are the venues for wedding celebrations or similar events). Without the noise, the hotel would be a good place ...

„Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!“

„Our stay was great. We stayed on the top floor and our room seemed to be brand new. The bathroom was very clean and our room was large. We didn't hear any noise from outside when the windows were shut and the air con was good too. The breakfast was pretty good, had plenty of variety from salads, cooked meat and eggs, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. „I liked that it was a family business and they really cared about the service they delivered. The dinners were traditional fish based dishes with delish sauces. They totally respected our privacy, but were prepared to join us for a game. The boat trip was arranged to best suit the weather and we were given a very safe and comfortable, smooth trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows were a little thinner than what I generally use.“
