location, location, location
We had a great stay in Rome! This apartment was in such a perfect, central location. It’s on a cute little quiet side street with several interesting businesses. But an easy walk to so many of the touristy things we were there to see. The property manager who checked us in was very helpful, and I highly recommend using their airport transfer service. Made it super easy to get in and back out to the airport. The apartment was a nice layout for our family of four, and it was well appointed with nice bedding and towels and kitchen supplies. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. The beds had clean linens. The living room was good for gathering and chatting. It was pretty cold and we had a hard time heating it up. The place was clean except in the master shower that had black mold. The beds were a bit hard, but might not be an issue for others. It would have been nice if they had coffee pods.for the coffee maker and enough toilet paper for our stay.

Epic Family Vacation
This apartment was great for our family of 7: 2 parents, 4 teenagers and 1 middle aged child. It was cozy and charming & just what we needed for a central hub. It was a perfect location for us to walk to all the main sites we came to see in Rome! We were here for a short stay, didn’t cook here, walked to nearby cafes and restaurants and enjoyed the local Italian cuisine. Ruel, one of the property managers, was very informative and helpful. We received a great list of recommendations as he also sat with us to map it all out. I would definitely recommend to others and I look forward to staying here again some day!

The property was perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. The location is awesome, the lift is a huge plus and the room throughout was great! We did not feel cramped whatsoever. The AC worked great and we really do not have any complaints. Great property!

Outstanding location and service in Florence
This was a wonderful apartment. It was very close to the Parthenon and on a quiet street with a police station close by, cafe's, and stores for groceries. The management was in constant communication and extremely helpful. They made the process very easy. We had two small issues while staying. The hot water heater went out but they had someone come out the same day and fix it. The other issue was spotty Internet access. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we highly recommend this property. We would stay again on our next visit.

We could not have asked for a better location to stay for our trip to Rome. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and it had everything you would need for your stay in Italy. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Highly recommend!

Best part of the apartment is the location. In the center of all the sites you come to see. Walkable to all the best neighborhoods. Filled with great cafes and restaurants. After booking the property manager sent us a fabulous list of recommendations that included restaurants rooftop bars and even gelato as well as transportation. Great stay

Cool stay in a Hot city
Excellent property in a great location. Unbeatable access to the Pantheon, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and Giolitti gelato- this place is truly a Rome institute for Gelato. Very safe location with excellent security. Market around the corner, perhaps 200M away. I had very good communication with quick response times. Staff were waiting for us on arrival to greet and show the property. Everything was in order. Good kitchen and bathrooms with a comfortable lounge and great TV with Netflix. Most importantly Rome is HOT this time of year and the A/C at the apartment was first rate. Alex also arranged pick up and transfer to the Train Station which was very handy. I would absolutely come back here as it ticked all the boxes. We had a great time in Rome and this apartment made it so much better.

Five nights in Rome.
My inital thoughts were that I had found a great little apartment in the heart of Rome. Alessandro was attentive and very helpful in arranging our ground transportation and sent his assistant to meet us in the apartment. A €50 some odd fee for that however, but we are here. The stay was fine, no issues, nothing broken that we used. We made sure to follow all of the house rules and respected the property as if it is our own. Before checking out I made sure that everything was put back as we found it. Even the pillows were arranged the way when we checked in. A day after checking out I received a message from Alessandro that we had completely broken off the armrest of his couch. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. I asked for a photo of the damage and received a picture of part of an armrest that looked to be cut off. I asked about this and was told that the owner had cut it off in order to "repair" it with wood glue. I don't get it either. Alessandro then requests a nominal fee of €40 to repair the supposed damage. Long story short, what seemed like a great apartment and a nice and helpful owner turned very nasty and rude in the end. I don't appreciate being portrayed as someone who would not only damage property, but then lie about it. I do not agree to the damage to the armrest that we never touched, much less broke off nor to charges that we do not owe. I have raised the entire issue with Vrbo, but it's safe to say we'll avoid Alessandro and his apartment going forward. Something simply isn't right with this one. Be warned.
