The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! „Everything was great except the work done by a very rude handyman. We were told it was going to be one day to replace an old rain gutter. That ended up be one two full days. Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. „The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. „We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs.
