« Villa de rêve, personnel extrêmement attentionné (l’hotel Nous a contacté avant notre arrivée et une personne nous attendait à l’arrivée du ferry...). Petit déjeuner au choix et complet. Villa très proche de la plage. Le complexe resort était désert à cette période de l’année »

« We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted...

« Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. I could hear the electric saw noises and hammer...

« We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english »
