« Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus. »

« This property was perfect for our group of 7 women. plenty of space and each room having a bathroom is amazing! The only negative were the beds creaked quite a bit, lots of noise with even small movements. Otherwise was the place was so clean, location is prefect and just like the pictures. We would definitely stay again. »

« Overall, the property is great! Wonderful location and plenty of space for 3 couples. There was only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay and we had to call maintenance for the gas fireplace and a flickering overhead light. The fireplace was quickly fixed but the light needed more time so we had just the bedside lamp for the stay. There was also no water run to the ice maker so that was a little disappointing. « We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

« We loved everything about our rental. Ease of check in, apartment was bright, roomy and comfortable for four adults. We especially loved the location. We parked the car (thanks for the parking permit!) and never moved it all weekend. Location was truly walkable to EVERYTHING! There were a number of steps to enter the upstairs apartment but that was not a problem for our group. Definitely would recommend this rental again! »

« Just stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding weekend and our experience was amazing! Seamless check in! The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us.
