« Great stay in an unfamiliar place »

« Apartment, as described, in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and easy check in . Nice selection of restaurants and bars on site with friendly and professional staff. Only issue was that extensive building work was taking place outside the apartment and noise started around 7.30 in the morning. It didn't spoil our stay but may need to be considered if you like a lie in. »

« Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking: 1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included. 2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid. The property is in a stunning building, a lovely area of the harbour and has been well renovated and looked after. »

« Merci pour votre réception tard le soir (le ferry arrive à 21h30) Chambre et sanitaires irréprochables. Qualité du service du petit déj extra. Emplacement à coté de la mer et du parc. Le quartier Barbican à deux pas avec ces animations et ces restaurants. »

« Accueil un peu froid et sans émotion pas trop accueillant. Un cours sur le sourire ferait du bien à bon nombre de personne. Demi-pension à recommander. Petit déjeuner trop simple pour un hôtel qui se veut un 4 étoile. Emplacement superbe avec vue magnifique. En voiture pas facile d'accès (route très étroites). Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Malgré le personnel pas toujours sympatique (sauf au souper le soir), nous avons passé un beau séjour »

« The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service. »

Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block. »
