„This home is in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops plus the beach is conveniently only a couple of blocks away. The home was clean and the bamboo around the outside patio was a nice touch. It was nice having a washer/dryer, but also having a kitchen with all the cooking supplies along with clean linens/towels. We rented this beach house for my daughter’s UWF graduation and had 12 adults (mainly couples) and the layout of the house provided privacy for each couple and allowed common space for us to spend time together. „The outside area could use some work. The sand area had some trash and rotten food that someone threw in there by the grill and upon our arrival, I picked it up. The wooden deck stairs are a little scary, seem to be loose. The grill is well, gross, and needs a good cleaning or replaced. The property was very clean and quiet.
