The staff was very friendly and informative.. the room was nice but the beautiful rooms were not part of the VRBO, which is probably why they are less expensive.. I thought it was odd that we could not have new towels or room cleaning without extra fees because we were VRBO. It made sense for the hotel to do this for the rooms that are not in preferred view locations.. in all, for the price especially, it was a beautiful resort.“
