„Das Hotel und auch die Außenanlage mit dem Poolbereich hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Angebot an Speisen im Normalrestaurant ist sehr gut. Aufgrund der Aufentaltsdauer waren wir nur Steakhaus. Das Angebot war sehr gut und die Qualität hervorragend. Das Hotel würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen, da auch Nassau mit dem Taxi schnell erreichbar ist.“

„The Riu Paradise Island is full of guests from the US with no style, sorry to say that! You can eat and drink the whole day and you can see this on the guests. It‘s unbelievable how they enter the restaurants. In Bikinis und nothing else on. The food at the Buffet is typical american. A lot of greasy stuff. The Theme Restaurants are slightly better but served in such a rush, not very nice. The Hotel complex from outside is horrible. The rooms are okay. What we really loved was the nice and clean ...

„Völlig überbewertet, mehrere Firmenevents (mit entsprechenden Gästen und Absperrungen), Kundenservice existiert nicht, Zimmer weit weg vom Lift erbeten, direkt am Lift bekommen, es fehlten Bademäntel im Zimmer, mehrfach erbeten, Fön war eine Zumutung (s. Bilder) Restaurants - meist fast Food Style, laut und kalt Freundlichkeit der Angestellten: Fehlanzeige, Liegt wohl daran, dass bereits 15% Trinkgeld standardmäßig auf jeder Rechnung ist - ohne jegliche Anstrengung AirCon kann nicht heizen - ...
