"Keine Frage, es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Resort. Es war die letzte Station auf meiner kleinen Rundreise, daher muss ich sagen, dass Preis / Leistung nicht ganz passen. Die Mitarbeiter und der Service war klasse, eher schon etwas zu viel. Auf dem zweitem Blick zeigt sich, dass die Anlage und auch die Zimmer nicht mehr top modern aussehen bzw. im Topzustand sind ( Aussenfassaden, Pool). Das Frühstück war einwandfrei ( für mich dürfte es auch bis 10.30 Uhr gehen statt 10 Uhr). Das Resort liegt direkt am Meer, hat aber keinen eigenen Strandbereich. Der so gepriesene Alona Strand ist allerdings direkt neben dem Resort und durch eine Treppe vom Resort zu erreichen. "

"Hotelanlage selber ist schön mit direkter Strandlage. Frühstück und Essensqualität genügte unseren Ansprüchen nicht, vor allem das unterdurchschnittliche Frühstück, wenig Obst, miserables Brot. Service an der Rezeption freundlich, aber am Pool mangelhaft. Personal dort träge und die Tische wurde spärlich abgeräumt. Der viele Kunstrasen in der Hotelanlage gefiel uns nicht. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Sadly, this was the only really bad experience during our whole stay in the Philippines. After we checked in we noticed some stains on the bed covers. As we asked at the reception to change those, they took a look at it and commented „Ah, this is probably only massage oil!“… they only changed it reluctantly then because we insisted. The rooms are very small and you can hear everything and everyone in the building during day and night, which made the nights not really restful. But hey, you get what you pay for. #HostelVibes At the restaurant we ordered a cocktail during the happy hour (2 for 1), which was also listed as included in the happy hour. When we asked for the bill they told us, that this was a mistake and that the cocktail was actually not included…. so we really had to pay for both drinks… as we didn’t want to over-react we just paid, but never ate there again. The cherry on top was the laundry service… I understand not to expect too much from a south East Asian laundry service and that some shirts might shrink… but I never experienced that shirts shrink TWO SIZES. When I told the receptionist about that issue, she just said that this is how it is in Filipino laundry services. After insisting that this is not the answer she told us her colleague will take care of this as she was not the person who received the laundry. As we left one day later she told us her colleague will be there for our checkout with a solution. At the time we checked "

"Das Hotel bietet eine sehr grosse Poolanlage sowie Zugang zum Strand mit hoteleigenen und kostenlosen Liegen. Das Frühstück war lecker und es wurde eine grosse Auswahl angeboten. Die Lage ist gut und man hat viele Möglichkeiten um auswärts in unterschiedlichen Restaurants zu Essen. Uns hat das Essen im Hotel sehr gut geschmeckt und wir würden dieses auch als Mittag- oder Nachtessen weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt."
