„I booked this location at the beginning and end os my trip. Second time they claimed i didn't pay even though my credit card statement shows I did, they canceled my reservation a few days before check in which left me scrambling to book another. I would've have if i would have already stayed there. Black mold on ceiling in master bedroom, finicky hot water, great washer and dryer, smooth elevator, Really hard to find even people from Panama couldn't find it. “

Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. VRBO tried to contact him with no success. I had to scramble to find another place last minute which ended up costing more. Beware.“

„If you are looking for a basic apartment with bare minimum, then this is great! It’s referenced as luxury, but there was a sheet on each bed, pillows were flat, only a couch for 2-3 ppl & dining chairs. The photos shows the unit well decorated, but it’s pretty bare upon arrival. The cleanliness also could be better. Parking was also tight, so smaller car recommended. Gave it 4 stars overall, as it was $79/ night when we rented. So got what we paid for.“

„Owner and manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Construction in area made traveling to and from city, which was only 6 kilometers away, a challenge during rush hour. On the other hand it was much easier traveling west to the beaches as traffic was lighter. Bathroom tub and shower need a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed amenities such as pool, exercise room and golf. Reasonable price.“
