The building is in a poor neighborhood just two short blocks from Casco Viejo, but we loved the local feel and opportunity to see more of real Panama City living. „This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there. ...

„Owner and manager responded quickly to any issues we had. Construction in area made traveling to and from city, which was only 6 kilometers away, a challenge during rush hour. On the other hand it was much easier traveling west to the beaches as traffic was lighter. Bathroom tub and shower need a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed amenities such as pool, exercise room and golf. „Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! We watched the sun rise and fall over the canal and watched the ships waiting to traverse. From the balcony you can watch the tide come in and go out. „The property was phenomenal! Beautiful gated neighborhood, located mere minutes away from major locations like the Miraflores locks of the Panama Canal, and Allbrook mall.
