« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« The room is well designed, except for the lack of storage. Bathroom ventilation works well. A lot of night traffic noise from Roxas avenue. I was at level 15. Very nice view on Manila bay. Plenty of services available nearby. »

« La chambre n est pas une chambre supérieure comme dans les images de l hôtel. La salle de bain est petite et la douche n a pas de vitre comme les images vues sur Hôtels.com. Le déjeuner inclus est bon. »

« Beware!!! Quarantine stay only even if not stated in ther description. I booked this hotel 24 hours before my arrival so not refundable. I arrived to this hotel dirctly from the airport and I was told by the security that this hotel is for quarantine stay only even if I had a booking. Now tourists vaccinated and negative pcr test are exempted from quarantine. So I was at the reception desk of this hotel and they just told me that I couldnt stay because I was not in quarantine. No help to find...

« Excellent hôtel qui nous a impressionnés par ses services et la courtoisie de son personnel. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est varié et convient à tous les goûts. L'hôtel est beau à l'intérieur et également vu depuis la piscine. Deux petites suggestions d'amélioration: la connexion wifi pourrait être sécurisée, et le dépôt de garantie par nuit, qui dissuade les voyageurs de rester longtemps, pourrait avoir une limite ou être par séjour. Sinon tout est parfait. »

« The hotel is quite okay,,i have a suite with two rooms for 4 but can accomodate 6 person although need to pay extra per person,,,nothing to say personnel accomodating,,,reception effecient and able to cope what we need.
