Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service, Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
Very bad experience. No receptionist at the counter when we arrive the hotel. We looked high and low for the receptionist.
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No taxi. Luckily we hired a taxi driver from Bangkok to bring us there for 2 days 1 night.
After we came back from dinner at night, again no receptionist at the counter. The lights of the way to our room were not on. We need to on the lights ourselves and some places have no light at all. We need to use the torch light from our handphone in order for us to reach our room.
Early morning of the next day (around 5am) my husband and my brother in law pooped but there was no water to flush the toilet and for them to wash up.
I went out to look for help but only an old security guard who can't speak English was around.
The receptionist came in around 7am and she opened other room for my husband and my brother in law to wash up and take bath but the water only flow less than 1 minutes.
My sister in law and I managed to brushed our teeth at the common toilet near to reception.
The receptionist told us the breakfast is included but non of us want to have our breakfast there at the situation that no water supply. We left without taking bath.
We would like to demand back the money that we paid to his hotel.
