„We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. Plenty of room for us, luggage, ski equiptment etc.Top floor is one bedroom (king). Bed 10/10.They do have a cot and the downstairs couch is a pull-out. You could easily fit an air mattress on the floor in bedroom too. We were during the snowstorm, the tractor came multiple times a day to clean the road. This quiet place and far from everything. But we enjoyed it and made trips to Lake Placid to dine out.“

„The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. “

„The house was perfect. We brought our 14 year old daughter and her friend and our older children came and went with their significant others. The house had anything you could need for a carefree vacation! We would definitely recommend! Beautiful lake view. Sat on the large deck and had a glass of wine. Big yard. We set up a volleyball net for the kids. Firepit by the lake for a fire at night. Very large. Easily accommodateed 8 people. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! “

„We were excited to ice fish the famed Chaumont Bay for trophy walleye. Unfortunately the fishing didn't go as planned. The house was great, very clean and comfortable for our group. There was a minor issue with the boiler that the manager solved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if the fishing was better.
